Urban Renewal Commission Storefront Improvement Program Applications
Oregon City's Urban Renewal Commission updated their Storefront Improvement Grant Application Program. Requirements include that it be for exterior improvements visible from a street, must be for a property located within an urban renewal zone, and the property must be other than a single-family residential property.
The URC may reimburse up to 50 percent of eligible improvements up to a City cost of $10,000 per structure per fiscal year (for a total project cost of $20,000). Some projects may be eligible for grants up to $40,000. Applications are ranked and processed on a first come, first served basis.
