The Finance department provides financial statements and supporting schedules that are compliant with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (GAAP). and meet the requirements of the standards as prescribed by the Secretary of State.

Utility Bills

Utility Billing is a Division of the Finance Department, and manages approximately 10,000 active billing accounts for the following services:

  • Water
  • Sewer
  • Storm
  • Pavement maintenance

  • Please don't send us personal Information i.e Drivers License or Social Security number through this change process.

Our Billing Statement are mailed out once a month on the last business day of the month.
