The Pioneer Community Center is a multi-purpose recreation center for senior citizens and community members of all ages.   A very comfortable place for the community patrons to enjoy activities for leisure or recreation.  Socializing with community members and friendly staff, make this a nice place to spend time.

The grounds provide a beautiful place to enjoy the outdoors, take a stroll through our Peace Garden.  Parking is plentiful and trolley stops and bus stops conveniently located for those who use public transportation

Some of the opportunities available:

• Recreation, including ball room dancing, art classes, trips, games, computers
• Transportation, which offers a ride to your doctor, shopping or other stops
• Meals on wheels program for home bound seniors
• Noon time lunch served on site
• Client outreach and Case management
• In house services, such as legal advice, foot care, information and assistance
• volunteer opportunities
• The Pioneer Pantry, Our Tuesday & Friday Store offering discounted Bakery and store items. Must purchase vouchers to use in store.

 Our wonderful staff is working to promote and provide seniors with the tools and services to keep them healthy, active and independent.
