Preservation Grant Program
50/50 matching grant program for Locally Designated Homes

The grant program is broken up into two funding categories: Sixty percent (60%) of funds will be directed to window repair, replacement of non-historic windows and storm window installation and forty percent (40%) of the funds will be directed towards exterior repairs and restoration. The funds for the program will vary each year. This year’s grant monies total $15,000.

  • Window Repair
  • Wood Storm Windows
  • Replacement of Non-Historic Windows
  • Porch/Roof/Foundation Repair
  • Replacement of Missing Elements
