Oregon City Police sponsors the "Fall 2010 Shred - It and Cell Phone Recycling Event" from 9:00 AM - Noon, Saturday September 18th at the Police Department 320 Warner Milne Road.
Items will be shredded on site by LeMay Shredding. The Shred-It Event provides the chance to protect your personal identity and to keep your personal information out of the trash. A maximum of 2 boxes per person will be accepted at no charge. There will be a $1 per box charge for additional boxes. donations are welcome and will be applied to our Crime Prevention funds (K-9 and Summer Camp).
The Oregon City Police Department is now an official cell phone drop off location for the 911 Cell Phone Bank. The phones will be used to assist those in need, such as victims of abuse and senior citizens.
